This hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean well maintained, boutique hotel. Close to old city. Walking was 25 minutes, car about 10 mins. Lots of places to eat close by, but hotel restaurant has an extensive menu and the food is excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good as well, can order omelet, fried, or scrambled egg included in buffet. Can also book tours through hotel and order rides. Would highly recommend will not disappoint

We stayed in a joining room as a family of five. The staff are very helpful and friendly and any issue we bought up was discussed and resolved or taken on board. It’s very easy to get a grab car or just leave the hotel and walk around. Breakfast was fine. The gym is very small - best for only one or two people. My children enjoyed the pool.

Very good location and we had an excellent room with two balconies. We had a free of charge use of bicycles which we enjoyed. On one occasion a bike broke down and the hotel sent two people out to help us. The included breakfast was not excellent - just adequate if that

Excellent service at all levels from day 1. Extremely kind, patient, helpful, friendly, and wonderful people working here from the front desk to housekeeping. Special mention to the amazing ladies on the front desk: Ms. Dzung, Ms. Sa, Ms. Thuy and Ms. Kim. They were all incredible (Sa was so sweet) and so dedicated and willing to help having a positive experience in the hotel and in this lovely town, that it was really impressive. They are ready for any questions and provided excellence in anything needed to make your stay above and beyond any expectations. The location of the property is very convenient and the price really competitive and affordable. I would give them 10 ⭐️ stars over 5 ⭐️. Totally recommended. They also have an amazing spa and massage service that was wonderful. All very clean and comfortable.

Overall, it was a very nice experience. Need to replace their bicycles with new ones or keep them better maintained. Staffs were attentive, but a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor were missing.
