- We were not given the room we booked. We booked a family suite for 5 which should have contained 1 Double Bed and 2 Twin Beds but the room we got had 2 singles squished together to make a double and 2 singles not twins.
- Planes going over the top of the hotel made it noisy and difficult to sleep.
- Shower set up was bizarre with the shower head so low there was no way you could stand underneath it and so had to hold it up constantly.
- Wifi was very slow/barely worked.
- Beds and pillows were comfortable.
- Staff were friendly.

Mas mababa sa karaniwan This hotel is situated out of town, at the end of the takeoff runway of Chiang Mai airport. This creates 3 problems:
1. It's far to get into and back from Chiang Mai.
2. The noise of the jets taking off is deafening.
3. If a jet crashes while taking off, this hotel would be toast.

Mahusay An OK hotel on the edge of Niman and in a quiet area. Lovely outdoor area to sit in the winter sun. Friendly staff who try very hard.
