La limpieza se hacía sin embargo el baño no tenía el mejor aspecto de limpieza, ciertas partes de la ducha tenía moho…. El desayuno estaba bien, no de calidad pero bien

There was a cockroach in our bathroom when we arrived. Once we got him out and showered our drain wouldn’t work so the bathroom flooded. They fixed it but left all the drenched towels on the floor with their dirty footprints on them. There was no open pool bar that was advertised and the tv volume or channels wouldn’t work. We were only here 2 nights but would have switched hotels if it was longer.

Staff was absolutely lovely, the nicest people ever, very helpful and accommodating! Extended the stay for one more night and still left me the same room! Recommended!

Hotel staff were excellent. However, on arrival both rooms had clogged drains which was resolved shortly after arrival but the bathrooms had no hot water which endured for the duration of our stay. There were several instances where there were marijuana cigarettes left in the common hallways and around the pool area which weren’t removed for upto 24 hours. The televisions in the room were dated and not functional. There were a number of the days when the pool was not serviceable with green water. There was a constant smell of marijuana within the hotel and the alleyway which leads to the hotel was dirty and constantly stunk. Overall the hotel was satisfactory however overpriced.
