Good place to stay very clean had a good day other than they didn't get the delivery for the syrup for the waffles in the morning other than that everything was very good I would stay there again

Very small room but that is the NY experience. Breakfast room was a little hard to find on the basement level and was OK. You have to climb downstairs to enter the hotel, which is a little tough to do with bags.

Went to stay in brooklyn, wasn’t looking for something special. This place calls itself an inn but it’s more like a motel. You can hear everything that goes on outside the room even from the room next to us. You hear other people showers running and what they were watching on their tv. A lot of stains on the walls and quite dusty. Our first room was awful the bathroom had mildew around the cracks. We asked front service to give us at least a partial refund so we could go elsewhere and they did not want to. Then we asked for another room that was half decent at least and the front desk kept lying saying there were no other rooms available. They eventually changed our room after I told them about their lies of room availabilities. Overall would never go back, no parking what so ever either.

This is a very basic but clean hotel with a basic breakfast included. Very pleasant. In a very quiet neighbourhood. Very happy.

The rooms were so small if I would’ve known, I would’ve never booked at this facility. The front desk manager was rude. The only people that were nice were the housekeepers. There were no drawers there were no closets no microwave two tiny beds, full size not even queen size terrible experience.

No help at all when you first walking with you luggage nobody carry your bags or help you, the rooms are not properly clean, no lamps only light from the ceiling No drawers to put your clothes,, old very old air conditioner makes a lot of noise And old TV Sorry no good

Parking!!!

I didn’t have the breakfast because no scrambled eggs and no bread The room was perfect for my handicap father inlaw. The staff was very helpful.
