The pillows and towels all have stains on them… Toilet has pee stain on it and the bathroom door wont close…

Staff was not overly friendly. We paid extra for a room with a balcony. The balcony faced an empty building, zero view of anything. Breakfast was mediocre. This was our least favorite hotel out of the 8 we stayed at. The location was nice but plenty of better options in the area.

We had booked two rooms. Some of the things to note about the rooms is that it took to long to cool down. Booked suites and it didn't look like the photos at all. The shower floods and it would leak out to the rest of the bathroom. None of the drains worked properly. Breakfast buffet was terrible. The reviews on that was not lying. Eggs were premade and left out cold. The staff was great but i would not personally stay at this location again.

My experience from check-in to check-out was exceptional. Each hotel attendant was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The room was large and clean. The hotel itself is located in an area with lots of restaurants and stores, and conveniently near the beach. Overall, I enjoyed my time here.
