Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby and hallways we clean and well kept. The room was clean, but could have used some maintenance (bidet 1/2 functional, wall paper peeling, no hot water on last day, etc). If you're looking for a place to rest your head and leave your belongings while out and about, this is the place.

We had four people ( two adults & two teens ) in a Deluxe Family Room. This was equipped with two Double Beds ( on in each of the two areas of the room ), and a Korean Mat ( floor bed ). The room was equipped with two PC's, Wireless, TV, and the kids loved the Whirlpool Tub ! One of the young men at the front desk spoke excellent English, and he was Very helpful in directing us to local restaurants, and sights. If I am ever in Jeonju again, this will be my stay !
