Wonderful place. Practically my 3rd time here. Great and helpful staff.

The WiFi and food I rate one star. Advertisement is for free WiFi but you are given a slip of paper with a code that only works for a couple hours for one device and when the code decides to expire, if you don’t remember to ask reception for a new slip, WiFi is not available. I checked out and booked a new hotel because I could not work with the restricted WiFi. Ordered food (fish in particular) that must have been spoiled, caused us to vomit most of the morning. First and last time stay at Shoregate, unless honest free WiFi is offered and available 24/7.

Rey friendly and helpful staff

The room smell stale and doesn't have a smart television. Elevator was nasty very horrible smell of damp.

The breakfast was superb as usual. The cleanliness as deteriorated a bit at least for the room i stayed in. The staffs are very friendly and always helpful.

Clean room

Hotel was okay, a bit pricey. Bed was very nice. Shower could be better in terms of pressure. Pressure bad. Water was lukewarm even after you leave it on for minutes.

Nice hotel , but some amenities need to be maintained or changed The breakfast options are also very limited Otherwise that it’s a nice clean hotel
