The woman on the reception is really nice and friendly, she cleaned our room daily. This hotel is okay option if you only need place to sleep, otherwise I really doubt you will enjoy it.

the hotel was not at all busy. recieved excellent personal attention. the meals for purchase were fantastic!! extremely clean place in the room and everywhere. very low cost rental available for a very easy to drive motorbike. there was virtually no english spoken at the hotel while i was there but patience with translating on phone and laptop made all go smoothly. it was also possible to facebook message with a helpful english speaking person in a different time zone. presumably that person also spoke Vietnamese and French. all good relaxing. excellent value!!
