I was a bit disappointed by this hotel. It’s located in a nice area and 1 min away from the metro line 6. However, our hotel room was very old and small and didn’t have any amenities at all. It felt like a 2 star hotel. I booked it because it had good ratings but I’m surprised it does. I felt catfished by the expedia photos. The room doesn’t look like it. Also, the towels could use a changed. They are so thin that they barely dry you up

We had a pleasant stay at Ibis Paris Tour Eiffel Cambronne. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed to change rooms. Yes bathrooms are small but it’s Paris, that’s no surprise. Water pressure and temperature were great! The restaurant food was not so great. Very generic but staff was nice! Overall enjoyed my stay!

However, the rooms are quite small, so it may not be suitable for anyone looking for a spacious room. There is also no mini-fridge, tea or coffee maker, or iron. Overall, it is a good option if you mainly need a convenient place to sleep.

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. However, The front desk staff could be more friendly and welcoming. A warmer attitude and better customer service would make the overall experience much more enjoyable.
