Great for families! Something for everyone and everywhere in Orlando is so convenient. love from the front desk staff is the SWEETEST

We had a great stay. We asked for a courtesy and it was granted. One thing that I would like is more room service. Clean towels at least every other day and a made bed when you return from a busy day is uplifting. Those services add to your vacation pleasures. Thank you everyone.

The hotel looked beautiful when we first walked into the lobby, and the breakfast was actually really good. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience didn’t quite match the first impression or the online photos. The hallways didn’t seem very clean, with debris on the floors that made it feel like they hadn’t been vacuumed recently. Our room also had multiple areas where the flooring was ripped up, which made it feel worn and not as well maintained as expected. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but it didn’t live up to the pictures or our expectations.

The pull for this place is the breakfast . Parking isn’t free you need to pay for it.

They charge you 30 dollars a night to park at their hotel and there’s no validation. I will never stay here again despite the actual visit being nice due to their predatory tactics of wringing out as much money from me as possible, the last thing a customer wants to deal with when arriving at their hotel is having a surprise fee tacked onto their visit and having to use a TERRIBLE QR code in order to pay for something as ridiculous as parking at your own hotel. I don’t know how management thinks it’s a good idea to have the first impression of the hotel be, “ let’s charge them 30 bucks extra every single night for bringing their car with them”. Sincerely hope someone there reads this and realizes how ridiculous that sounds and makes some necessary changes. Until then, I would literally find ANY OTHER hotel that doesn’t charge you for bringing a car, let alone 30 bucks every SINGLE night you’re there….
