Staff went way above and beyond. It was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at where they actually know you, remember you, and treat you as individuals, not occupants. We felt so welcomed.

This hotel is just a minute’s walk to the beach. It is such an oasis of calm in the middle of a busy place. The staff are all super friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again if I return.

I can’t say enough great things about AIRA and its staff. They made us feel so welcome and were very helpful with arranging tours and drivers for our family of five (three young kids). The breakfast is divine. The hotel is a two minute walk to the beach and equally close to the main drag of the beach town. It’s about a 10m Grab ride to Hoi An city center. I would def stay here again!

We had a great stay at Aira. Very friendly, helpful staff at all times. Room was wonderful, with all the usual stuff. Breakfast was great, especially eggs Benedict. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!
