The hotel was perfectly located for what we wanted to do using Shibuya as our central location. Small rooms typical of Tokyo though all we needed. Very good shower, quiet and clean. Recommend as ideal for the shibuya area.

Extremely disappointing experience. Our vacation got off to a terrible start after spending more than 1.5 hours at check-in disputing charges (aditional 50%)that the hotel tried to impose despite my reservation already being fully paid through Hotels.com. They claimed my 9-year-old son staying with us in our King room required an additional charge, even though the Hotels.com listing clearly states the room accommodates up to 3 adults and 1 child (4 guests total). We were only 2 adults and 1 child sharing the existing bed. To make matters worse, we were forced to pay for a full buffet breakfast for our son, despite his dietary restrictions preventing him from eating anything offered. The lengthy dispute caused us to miss a lunch appointment and turned what should have been an exciting arrival into a frustrating and stressful experience. Even more concerning, the hotel disclosed details of my reservation to a third party without my authorization. That is a serious breach of guest privacy and completely unacceptable. I expect the improper charges to be refunded and a full explanation of how my confidential reservation information was shared without my consent. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
