The hotel has a convenient location, and most of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and willing to help whenever needed. However, the room felt quite dated, and the lighting inside was rather dim. Since it was very humid during the summer, I was surprised that there was no dehumidifier in the room. Unfortunately, I noticed some mold spots on the pillowcase, which was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness.

I had an issue at first because my room was too hot, but the manager was very kind and quickly found another room for me that stayed at 20°C. Thank you for the good service.
