The check-in was easy and quick, with the staff proficient in English to explain and provide directions. Our two rooms were as expected with a few exceptions. The first being that the air conditioning in one room was not cooling properly and couldn’t go lower than 78 degrees (the other room cooled perfectly to 75 degrees). They sent a technician twice to check but it still didn’t change. The second being the cleaning of bathroom could be improved. Despite this, there were several positives to highlight about the hotel. The location was ideal; close to restaurants, cafes shopping and two metro lines. The convenience store in the lobby was great to have. The laundry facilities were convenient.

Solo stay

This is my usual base for my trips ti Seoul as it is well situated, with easy access to transport, as well as many options for food and shopping nearby. The staff are also always friendly and helpful. There is a convenience store on site and a couple more nearby, plus Starbucks just round the corner and also a famous bread/pastry shop nearby. So far the pricing has been reasonable and wifi access is great. I will continue to come here unless the prices become unaffordable.

The location is great. However, the property maintenance could use improvement. We felt the photos were a bit deceptive online. The veneer for the cabinets is peeling, the showers don't seal well and leak, there were permanent water mark stains on the doors and showers, and the layout of the room is awkward. There were several towels still having stains as well as one pillow case we had. The second room we had came with a large stain on the floor. The front light by the door is automatic motion activated and can not be bypassed so the light flickers on and off if you get near it. This is very disruptive if you are traveling with young children who sleep earlier.
