This was truthfully, the most unsafe accommodation I have ever booked , in my several years travelling. I travelled with my disabled husband, who uses a mobility scooter, Upon arriving, by taxi, the taxi driver, explained to a very aggressive member of the hotel security team, that because he had a disabled passenger, he would require to stop just outside the main entrance, so that the vulnerable guest could enter the premise. The driver and the Security spoke in French with one another , only for the security to refuse the taxi to stop outside the main entrance and shout at him to go at the very end of the road , even though we had heavy medical equipment. Outside the hotel was full of drunks laying on the floor, people sleeping rough, as soon as we started to unload our medical equipment, a passerby , kicked one of our bags so hard that it send flying across the other side of the pavement and started cursing us, the security team did absolutely nothing! We then reached the reception area, that looked more like the entrance of a police station, as the security desk is right next to the main desk where the check ins happen, customers get to "enjoy "several boxing matches that are happening with security staff and drunks. At check in the receptionist was extremely rude and swore at us in French, because my disabled partner was having problems remembering the PIN of his card, due to the commotion in the hotel hall, he kept pressuring him, he said we had no money and to leave!

The hotel was okay for three of us traveling together with convenient access to the Metro. The lobby and rooms at the hotel were clean but the surrounding area near the hotel was strewn with litter and filth making it an unpleasant walk to the metro each day. The primary problem was a room without a working AC unit (it was broken) during a hundred-degree multi-day heatwave. Take a cold shower at night and be drenched in sweat before you can get dressed for bed. The staff was helpful and had a fan sent to the room which helped a tiny bit. Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room clean.

Llegamos en época de transición a primavera y hacía algo de frío pero la habitación estaba calentita, no sé si en verano tendrá aire acondicionado porque no vimos. La ubicación estaba cerca del Metro, hay que caminar unos minutos nada más. El desayuno muy bueno y muy variado. Tiene ascensor que eso es bueno para las personas con problemas de movilidad. En el lobby tienen varias maquinas de venta de café, paninis y una maquina para pedir comida a varios restaurantes y te la llevan hasta la habitación. La zona a pesar de ser medio sola (y a veces un par de indigentes) no tuvimos problemas. Creo que nos volveríamos a quedar allí si volviéramos a París

Very dirty and smelly terrible some people they are not very nice and kind

This location was no sit in a nice neighborhood, you can see a lot of people wondering around and make you feel unsafe though nothing might happen to you. There is a HUGE flea market in the area with anything you could imaging. Bus stops are close where the 95 bus is the best that can bring you to Paris city center in about 30 minutes for 2.05 Euros. The hotel does not hold you luggage after you checked out for the day. However, there are storage boxes in the building you can use to store your bags while touring the city. The price is very reasonable. I stored two carry on sized suitcases for 8EUR 24 hours.

Basic, basic. Toilet was in a shower stall. Room was hot and had no fan to circulate air.

It is budget hotel so everything is basic . The staff were very helpful. My room got so hot and the staff went above and beyond to find me a fan.

Great for the value.

Fair stay for the price. Don’t expect much but if you’re looking for a place to lay your head for the night and shower, it does the job. Location was convenient super close by all the train/bus lines. Cute view from the 8th floor. They have lockers you can rent for luggage storage for pretty cheap or they have a closet to store your luggage for free.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and what I would expect from a prison cell. The rooms are so so basic, the description of 'en suite' for the bathroom is misleading. The room has two small horrendous plastic booths (no wi dow) one forms a shower cubicle and the other forms the toilet, both are awful. No air-conditioning or fans and if you open the window you get the full motorway traffic sound experience. The area the hotel is situated in is very poor and the carpark is awful. The carpark is very conveniently place below the hotel but it is filthy throughout and smells like a public sewer.
