The location of the property is excellent. You can walk right on the beach. Unfortunately, there were numerous flags on that part of the beach saying that you could not swim there. We had to walk just a short ways to an area where we could get in the water. The location is great if you want to be in the action at Patong Beach.

Friendly staff, always happy to help. Great location with beach front. All staff were so friendly and were always welcoming and attentive. Loved coming for breakfast each morning to be greeted by the beautiful staff.

Decent hotel and better than average if you want beach access. The staff isn’t real helpful. It had some construction and limitations while I was there. No real food to speak of, no gym, but the location to the night life and beach is as about as good as you can get.

They removed the privacy wall surrounding the suites and the plunge pool....which allowed all beach walkers to look directly at your room and patios, which reduced the feeling of being safe. The rooms have aged poorly in time and definitely in need of a positive upgrade. The staff was amazing as they went above and beyond to help me with a few travel situations I had just prior to my arrival. I send thanks to them for their patience and understanding and help.

Excellent location and facilities. Check-in process was quick even with arriving after midnight, room was clean and well maintained. Located on the beach and within 10 minutes walk to Bangla road.
