The staff were AMAZING and helped me with several issues of my own cause. The heater in the room worked well. The bed mattress was uncomfortable but sleeping on the duvet always helpful. The tubs were deep and water hot.. happy with my stay

Convenient location to the train station. The room is cozy, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The water pressure is great, so it is easy to have a relaxing shower. The Japanese breakfast was delicious and had great options. The breakfast was a nice way to start the day.

It was an absolutely amazing stay here. I stayed for 9 nights. So clean room with all necessary facilities. Breakfast was really amazing, I enjoyed breakfast everyday. Staff were very friendly and always helped me with all my needs during my stay. The hotel is at such a convenient location - Supermarkets, tens of restaurants, train station, buses and taxis are all within 2 minutes walk from hotel.

We do not speak Japanese and the staff were very patient and helpful. They even provided umbrellas for us to use without charge. Location is close enough to the train station for an easy walk. The hotel is very clean. Free included breakfast was nice so we didn’t have to find food first thing in the morning. Don’t expect American food though. The room was very small for American standards. I do not know how the size compares to other Japanese hotels. Staff expected the hotel to be unoccupied from 10:00 to 4:00 for cleaning.

Good location about 5 min. from the train and bus station. A big drug store across the street from the hotel. A few restaurants across the street from the train station, but a stand-up one in the train station.
Breakfast was good, what you would expect for a business people.
