I cannot recommend this hotel enough I traveled with my 15 year old daughter in arrival the lady on reception was fantastic. The smell of cleaning products was just fab. Floors were washed and hovers where cleaning the carpeted area. The dining and bar are huge with fab views. The location is just perfect. You are in the centre of liverpool. We are going to stay again next January for anither family break. Air con perfect. Room spotless. Gave us a twin room even tho I had booked doubke no issue changing it. Transfer bus from airport brillant. So so welcoming nothing was to much I would recommend it everyone going to. Liverpool. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We were greeted at reception by very friendly & helpful staff. The rooms were adequate size for twin beds. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was very well laid out & lots of choice for cold and hot dishes. All the food and juices were fresh and very tasty. The staff were very efficent at providing any extras and there was lots of space. It allowed for a very leisurely relaxed atmosphere. The air conditioning was very good and we could also open the window for fresh air. The only critisism would be the bar area which was small and had limited seating for large groups. I would recomend this hotel as it was so centrally located and beside all the sights and transport areas.

The hotel is in an excellent position for all we needed to see and do in Liverpool. The room was clean and the air conditioning was needed. The only difficulty were stiff taps on the shower/bath but once sorted, all was good.

This hotel was in the perfect location for our one-night stay in Liverpool. The room was comfortable, cool on a warm evening, and had everything we needed. The staff was also very helpful in recommending how to navigate the area.

Lovely hotel, great customer service. All staff members we met wre very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Food was nice with plenty of choice. Would stay there again.

Thank you for a brilliant stay! Girl on front desk was exceptional. Stayed here a couple times now and would come back and would recommend. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Thank you again
