Staff was excellent. Attentive, polite and efficient. Property was old but very well maintained with old world charm. JW Steskhouse and the Lobby restaurant were both very good. High quality food and excellent liquor choices.

Great hotel, stayed more than once and every time we are more than happy. The hotel itself is great but what makes it is the staff. Every one we came across was brilliant. Particular thanks to Rodrigo on the entrance, Claudia in breakfast and Abdul in housekeeping. Will definitely return.
