The breakfast menu was very good. However, maybe because it is a busy season, I found the staff in general was not as attentive as my last visit a year ago.

Our entire stay at the FOUR SEASONS HOTEL IN MACAU for firstcl class and we were treated like VIPs! Outstanding service by everyone from front desk receptionists, to bellhops, housekeeping, & concierge staff were all OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend this hotel property to anyone traveling to Macau

Pretty good for the most part. My only complaint was that the pool was closed for a special event, which meant we couldn’t take advantage of it during our stay… would’ve been good to know ahead of booking.
