The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Having the club lounge was a great hang out and the location was awesome. The rooms we had were massive compared to what you get at Times Square. Water machines to refill bottles and free coffee in the lounge. Really comfortable and great stay. Safe, Clean and good price Nothing was too much trouble. We will be back

Great location and price but expect to wait if you arrive at check-in time( 2 hours in my case and others for room) However, very nice lounge wait area.
