Hotel staff were very helpful and front desk was prompt on our request. Nice Gym and swimming pool. Great location, near Mahkota shopping centre and Jonker street, highly recommended.

Clean room and service upon check-in was smooth and proffessional. Was guided to lounge as room was being ready. Baggage arrive soon after check in. Concierge very helpful .

Location is good. There is a shuttle going to attractions around the hotel. Short walk to a street that is full of Asam pedas. Staff was helpful and cheerful.

The basement parking is safe but note that they close after 11:00pm for security reasons. So if you drive and have to return late then open car park on L1 in front of the Lobby is the only option. The rooms facing the city is good enough unless you want sea view which I booked. The Club Lounge should have ice and more selection of soda. There were only 2 cans of Classic Coke, Sprite, Ginger Ale. The crackers were excellent. We didn’t get the chance to have full meals as we couldn’t make it during the times when food were available.

Room was clean and large, staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. It’s close enough to walk to the heritage areas and jonker walk in approx 10-15 mins and then escape back to peace and quiet away from bustle and traffic. When I had a wait between check out and my bus departure, staff generously offered me 2 extra hours use of my room for free without even asking for it. The pool is clean and peaceful, although there were no umbrellas or shade which would have been nice to sit back and read a book after a swim.
