I was surprised to how good the hotel was! Location is not so great for local stuff (but I'm not sure why you would stay in Hounslow anyway)? but for the airport, car-hire it's fine. Reasonable dining, great staff, rooms are very good (I was shocked)! Recommended.

Room at the Ibis was fine. We were booked to fly out from Terminal 5. With bags, it was a slog to this hotel which is near Terminal 2/3. Ended up getting a taxi to hotel at cost of 12 pounds. Description said there was a shuttle from the hotel to catch our flight at terminal 5 - no shuttle exists. We were referred to taxi or Uber. You could catch a bus but with bags, that was a no go. Ended up getting a cab to Terminal 5 at cost of 34 pounds. My advice is to book a hotel closer to Terminal 5 if that is your terminal and save the hassle.

Easy to get to the hotel from Heathrow airport bus terminal. Welcoming arrival from the staff and easy check in. The room had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise. Would definitely stay again.
