Bathrooms were very old and had mold growing in the one corner. Furniture was worn and needed to be replaced. Did like the view of the pool and the marina being on-site.

Very nice property and location, clean and adequate space. Air conditioning was fine, water pressure was very poor. Although there is an elevator, bathrooms are on the second floor of the unit so not handicap accessible if that is what you need.

We did not go to the pools. We went to the beach when we went in the water. Parking was good.

A very quiet, relaxing place to stay, The resort manager was extremely helpful, The staff that I interacted with were also cheerful and attentive.

The staff were nice. The rooms were very dated and need remodeling. Carpet was dirty on the stairs and things like the bathroom had several scratches on the cabinets, corners looked grimy along with the main door. Old room keys were used, no housekeeping was provided. The resort has a nice pool and dock area. You will need a rental car or golf cart before it’s a distant from many of the attractions.

Great place to stay in key west!

The room was ok. Shower curtain and the door curtain need washed as do the walls. I did not find bed bugs however there may be fleas around the property from the stray cats. The discription of the pools state they are heated, however both pools were ice cold. Housekeeping is not available at this location and the only time I interacted with staff was at check in and check out. During those interactions, I found the staff to be pleasant. I have not received my deposit back yet, and I certainly hope I do. The condo was cute and overall a decent place to stay for a few days.

Clean, friendly and convenient

Check-in process was horrible. We received an email saying that we would need to call to arrange a check-in if we were arriving after 8pm. The number they provided went to a voicemail (during normal hours). I left two messages and never received a call back. I finally found a different phone number for Kees vacations, as they manage multiple locations. Talked to them, explaining we needed to arrange a check-in after 8pm, and they told me I needed to call the same number that no one answered. After a little more back and forth, I was finally given the number of the property manager, who helped us out and left our keys in a Dropbox for when we arrived (thank you!). Overall the stay was good. The room was clean and better equipped than we were told. The description of the room needs to be updated, we were told there was not any kind of stove burner plate, and in fact there was. Nice bonus. The room is equipped with a ductless heat pump for air conditioning; while functional, it made a constant buzzing noise. Probably could benefit from a service. The pool and hot tub area was great for relaxing the evening, we enjoyed that. Good location just minutes driving from most places in key west.
