Overall, a good business hotel in a very convenient location with easy access to multiple subway lines, Nagoya Station, Nagoya Castle, Mirai Tower, and Oasis 21. I enjoyed the free breakfast with decent variety, welcome drinks, and thoughtful extras like free toiletries. My room was small but well designed, with a dedicated luggage space, and I even had a great view of the Mirai Tower. One thing to be aware of is the surrounding area: while generally convenient, it becomes noticeably busier in the evenings with nightlife crowds and adult-oriented entertainment venues nearby, which may not suit everyone. On the downside, housekeeping timing was also inconsistent, with staff attempting to enter the room later in the afternoon despite stated cleaning hours, which was inconvenient when I needed rest between day trips. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with good value, but with a few minor drawbacks.

Paid for non-smoking room, only had smoking rooms left when I got there. It was still very clean, the smell was not that bad and the breakfast was great. Very good location as well. I recommend

The hotel was nice, however was very high on price point comparatively given other places we stayed in Japan (despite the grand prix being on, the price of the room was very high for the size/distance from the station), particularly as the room was very small. The staff were friendly during the stay and the hotel served well as a base for what we needed. Walk to Nagoya station is 30 - 40 minutes when the metro is not running.

Helpful staff and clean rooms

Basic but quiet and I slept really well. Location is in the red light district, seemed safe enough if you kept to yourself. The breakfast wasn’t amazing. Helpful staff.

Rooms are cleaned but it's a bit small. The room is supposed to be good for two people but I myself in the room has limited movement for the tiny space. Just to open and closed my luggage is a challenged. Otherwise, all is good.
