We were greeted promptly by the reception staff. Our rooms were clean with very comfortable beds and 4 options for different pillows. Water pressure in the shower was good, though the bathroom was a little small. The room was quiet, didn't hear noise from the hallway or next door neighbors. Air conditioning worked well. Parking was ample with covered spaces which was great as we arrived in a downpour and didn't have to go into the rain to get in the hotel.

The staff was very welcoming, attentive and eager to please! The room was spacious, yet a little damp. We had a wonderful time. Breakfast was always ready when we went down. Such a variety! I would recommend The Garner for your stay in Pigeon Forge.

We started off with reservations at another hotel which turned out to be in a somewhat sketchy area we were not familiar with. We decided to get a room at the Garner even though the other was paid for. The staff was terrific! Very clean common areas. The room was spacious and clean.Beds were clean and comfortable. Linens were in great condition. We checked out early the next morning to continue our trip. The staff was friendly. Coffee was great. Well lit parking area. Would stay here again!
