I have stayed here on three previous occasions for work, A (FIFO worker who needs close to airport accommodation, to line up with 4am flights) and have always found the whole experience here sensational. But on this occasion in room 13 (may be an omen) was a huge disappointment… firstly I needed to open the window fully to try and rid the room of a strong chlorine like odour, later the shower recess allows water to flow out to the carpet if not dammed with towels, the shower head wouldn’t stay up,the air conditioner remote wouldn’t mode to heat settings, TV remote inoperable with out some gentle massaging maybe the battery is crook, And the front counter staff member was no way near as welcoming and as friendly as the elderly receptionist of the past….sorry to say I will dodge this hotel on my next swing thanks but you did ask.

Great little spot. Excellent location near the airport. FREE parking whilst you stay. Admin staff very lovely and helpful. Great restaurants nearby at Portside. Clean.

Parking was easy and safe. Short walk to wharf and shops. Staff were friendly, happy and helpful 🙂. A bit of traffic noise but other than that, it was a lovely stay and will stay again. Would recommend.

property is starting to show signs of aging and wasnt as nice as its photos on expedia. our room didnt have any soap for washing hands, no xtras like tissues/shampoo and our bed quilt had a ciggerette burn in it. ok for a one night stay

The motel appears a little shabby from the outside but the room was well appointed and clean. There was a fridge so I could do food prep for the next day rather than constantly buying food whilst I was out. The bed was comfortable too, although maid service was far too early for someone on holiday. Great for the price though!

Nice unit with amenities and undercover parking. We had a ground floor unit but there is a lift available to some of the upstairs units. Friendly staff.
