Staff was amazing other than one of the breakfast workers who was quite rude. Rooms were clean. We were missing a kitchen drawer. My biggest complaint was they only had one elevator working. Also day one they shut the pool down claiming it would be a quick fix. 5 days and no pool. My kid was so heart broken.

Mahusay Hotel staff was professional and helpful they assisted us with a early check in when arriving earlier than expected. Breakfast could have been a little better but overall the staff was helpful when needed the room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable as well.

We wenr ro Charlotte for hubby's birthday weekend getaway. The first room had a smell in it and the door would not close easily,we switch rooms. The second room was much better and fresh. However the carpet was stained.
The silver elevator doors are not clean.
The complimentary coffee stays cold. But since we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel it was okay.
The staff is very polite and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is mediocre.
