Disgusting

The bed was dirty with makeup smears all over it. The outlets did not work. AND the owner charged me for parking, would not allow me to use my card, "Cash only" But didn't have change for a $20.00. The staff is rude, the place is filthy and they just don't care as long as they get your $$$$$$

The owner there is not pleasant at all there is no housekeeping the outlets to plug your phone in the wall or oversized your plugs fall out front desk is unreachable if you need toilet paper you hope that the office is open the nightstand still had condensation from the people before you can tell by the cup marks had to clean it myself I've been there several different time for two weeks and now I regret ever being there I'm not sure but I believe I got a bacterial infection from in there you have to take your own trash out it's a no throw Motel and at any money I feel it's not worth it you're better off in a tent but overall there was no courtesy very unpleasant people from my point of view

I did not even want to give it a star but I had to. First impression, my check-in took over a half hour. I understand you need documentation to check into a motel room, but I felt like I was buying a new car. It was not only that but the manager/owner of the motel was so rude. He is in the hospitality industry, and he should be more accommodating to his guests. That’s his livelihood! The property wasn’t bad for a cheap motel but you basically get what you pay for. I should’ve known better. I’m big on reviews and bypassed that because it was a an emergency. The motel didn’t get good reviews and now I know why. The main thing that happened was on my second day of a four nights stay, my air conditioner broke and it was in June. Plus, I have a disability and part of that is I am unable to regulate my body temperature. I need to be cool at all times. It was late and I called the next morning because I didn’t wanna disturb him. He didn’t even say he was sorry or anything. He just said rudely, I can’t get a technician there and proceeded to argue with me when I questioned him. I told him about my disability and he refused to move me. That is discrimination. Don’t go here if you have any disabilities because they will not accommodate you! I had to check out and lose a nights stay.

In poor repair, smelled, dirty

Could have been a lot cleaner than what it was, was supposed to be a non smoking room it wasn’t. Very dated, not well maintained. Took longer to check in because clerk couldn’t find my reservation,

Manager at the front desk is rude and nasty. Bed had bed bugs. Disgusting.

The office guy was very rude. The tvs are old. I never been to a hotel where I can’t switch the hdmi to the tv to play my Xbox or to watch my own shows. Bathroom mad noises when I turned the light on. I see why this hotel was cheap.
