Schöne frühstücksterasse mit Blick auf die Havel, sehr nettes Personal, einziges Manko: Wassergymnastikkurs ab 09:30 Uhr im Schwimmbecken, Teilnehmerinnen waren schon viel eher da und haben das Schwimmen im Becken sehr erschwert

This is our fifth visit to the hotel, and definitely not our last. Everything is clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the spa is wonderful. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

The hotel is a short distance from the main part of Spandau but very well connected with a frequent bus service. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The spa and pool are excellent.

Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. Bed comfy, breakfast varied and tasty, overall good stay with good service, would stay again. Rooftop bar was nice touch.
