Mas mababa sa karaniwan Having to call a phone number and tell them which motel I was at, so someone could come and give me the key, was discouraging.
The room was clean but very worn.

Magandang Room was nice and clean.
Staff wasn't very helpful.
After trying to reach them and them telling me my credit card was declined without telling me they don't accept my credit card. I requested to talk someone I person.
Someone popped out of the building after telling me the check in was remote check in. I had to pay a deposit and I was told that my deposit will be paid back within couple of days of check out.
There was no instructions about the tv and wifi connection.
No instructions on near by amenities.
I wouldn't recommend this place and I wouldn't stay again.

This was the worst place to stay, we only stayed a night and they refused to refund the rest of the week. Everything was sticky and dirty to touch, toilet didn’t flush properly and took 2.3mins to fill back up, the sink was black and smelly the drain pipe was broken, fridge leaked no smoke alarms, cold damp, shower drain smelt and water coming out of the patched up lining. I have photos of all that is wrong with this place. Stay away it’s not worth the stress. They won’t take my calls or the booking company I went through.
There needs to be more protection for consumers regarding premises just like this.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BOOK THIS PLACE
THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE A ROOM SLEEPS 3.
ON ARRIVAL THERE IS ONLY 1 BED, FOR 3.
THEN EXTRA MONEY WAS REQUESTED FOR A ROOM THAT HAD SLEEPING ARRANGES FOR 3.
WHEN MAKING THE BOOKING, I BOOKED FOR 2 ADULTS AND 1 CHILD.
THEY ARE RUDE, AND THE PLACE HAS RUBBISH... DIDN'T EXPECT THE RITZ.
BUT DID EXPECR ENOUGH BEDS TO COVER THE PEOPLE BOOKED.

This is our second time staying here with family. Its so central to everywhere we need to go. The only downside is the wifi is patchy. Kids could use their phones but I couldnt use my laptop. Beds are clean and comfy. Kitchen in our unit was equipped with what we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
