The staff were kind and gave refund with no issues. The bed had dead cockroaches in the it. The door to the room couldn’t close properly and could easily be pushed open even if “locked”. We left and stayed at a different place down the street. I do not recommend this place at all.

Very worn out building, n a room with smell, though very clean. Walking distance to Chinatown n restaurants. Not value for money as there are many other choices at this price range. Will stay next time only when ono other options.

設備は不潔感ありますが、値段なりといわれればそうかもしれません。 ただ、なによりもスタッフの態度が最悪でした。 今まで様々なホテルに泊まってきましたが、ここまで不快な思いをさせられたのは初めてです。 いくら安くても二度と泊まりません。 検討されている方は本当に気をつけてください。

we stayed only one night since we were just transferring. The hotel room has no window (not as it's shown in the pic), but it's not a big issue for one night stay. The uncle at the front desk was super nice. It's in a very good area for food and sightseeing. If I go again to KL I will stay here again.
