清潔な室内、ベッドルームでした受付スタッフはとても親切しかし鍵が開かないトラブルになりお詫びなどなし、その点でマイナス客はたまたまかも知れないがマナーがよく休め良かった

カプセルホテルへ何度も泊まっていますが、比較的に綺麗で、シャワールームも沢山あり良かったです。ただ2段ベッドの上になるとかなりの高低差があり、はしごも少しずれているので（隣との間にあるため）降りるときは結構怖かったです。下段へはプラス料金で変更も可能だそうですので、不安な方は変更のご検討も良いかもしれません。ありがとうございました。

probably the fanciest most hotel like hostel ive ever been in, the cafe has good food and the staff are very nice and helpful.

i didnt like how uncomfortable the capsules were. the pillows (its usually inside i feel) are on the outer side of the capsule because the air circulation is just so bad on the inside. Also poor lighting inside the capsule, feels very run down

small but well designed hostel with excellent location. everything works except….noisy guests there is no enforcement of noise in the bunks, its a typical problem with many non-japanese guests who stay in groups (not solo). they talk loudly (couples or groups taking single bunks) totally oblivious to all the rest of people sleeping. yes, and they use the hair dryer at midnight, and thats not all…

It is close to monorail station, department store and shopping area (1KM). Staffs can speak English and are nice. Environment is clean. CP value is good.
