Overall, the hotel was okay with fairly decent rooms and Soso amenities. The fitness room and the pool were substandard. The pool was closed actually. The staff were friendly enough, especially in the lunch and breakfast area.

We came back to Pullman again. Still like it’s breakfast much. Chef is extraordinarily serious about the quality and service. We’re impressed about it.
