I didn’t like that the ice machines on the second third fourth and fifth floor were all broke, but a sign on each one told me to go to another one that was broke. Didn’t like that my TV had to be recalibrated for channels because they were all missing. I also requested a microwave to be placed in my room before arrival in arrived after the first day and last, but not least my second day there my door key would not work went to front desk had new door keys issued they did not work was told that Maintenance would be coming because It probably is a low battery. Maintenance could not fix the door because the screws were stripped so they had to give me another room. They did not have another king bedroom so they offered me two queens 40 rooms from where I was. I travel a lot for my job. I will not be back.
Overall, I feel like this building needs to have more money put into it to take care of the customers. It is Florida and for four ice machines to be down at the same time is ridiculous.
