Beautiful property. Very clean. Excellent food and staff at the restaurant and bar. Unfortunately various issues with the front desk(over and double charging, takes a manager to solve an issue, time is not of an essence. Waited 3 hours(9pm - midnight) for the staff to bring 2 bags to the room(called front desk numerous times, since bags contain critical heart medication..). Just received my Amex statement: Hotel bill - still $200.00 over....
