Room was nice and clean, but the air doesn’t work well, was hot all night. The carpet also needs to be cleaned in hallways ir replaced but that’s knit picking. Overall a good hotel, just needs to get the air to blow better.

We really enjoyed this hotel, the staff was so nice and helpful on anything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again if we come to Salzburg

Breakfast had a variety of tasty food.

Very quiet room in a very clean, safe area. Easy walk or Uber to main attractions. Staff very friendly. The shower and sink are in the room which took some adjusting to but wasn’t much of a problem. It would be if 2 people room had different schedules. We would recommend this hotel.

Nice enough room, hallways were grubby with stains on carpets. Bathroom had weird layout with toilet behind the door!

Hotel in a good location for exploring all of the sights of Salzburg on foot. Comfortable bed and well appointed room. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great breakfast too.

Salzburg is a very tourist oriented city. As such we ended up spending way too much for a night of accommodation at this hotel. It's location is convenient to many of the local attractions. Restaurants surround the area yet it was quiet. The hotel reception staff are top notch. Informative, helpful and efficient. The water and assorted snack items at check in were much appreciate. Our room was small but clean. The in room amenities like the hot coffee pods and assorted tea came in very useful as we ran into high winds and cold temperatures (10*C with windchill reducing it to 4*C) during one day of our trip. The included buffet breakfast had a great selection of A LA Carte and buffet. Sooooo many choices and good quality of items. The staff members work hard to keep the tables clean and the space available for all patrons. The bed was most uncomfortable and had motion transfer issues . This occurs when sleepers shift or toss and turn, the movement travels across the bed to disrupt sleep. I really require top quality beds while travelling. Personally would not return but the hotel had it's positives and negatives.

Lovely hotel a short walk from bars and restaurants and about 15 mins from the centre of the old town.

Everything was as expected from the brand.
