Mahusay The location was quite charming, and we were given a great room right by the pool (which was very clean & well maintained)! The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a large bathroom and windows. One huge benefit was being able to park our car right outside the room, just steps away from our door. The man at the front lobby was very kind and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

The location was wonderful. We could easily walk to the stores, restaurants and beach. The rooms were clean and updated. It was a bit noisy as the window needed to be kept open to cool the room.

It was very centrally located and quiet and we loved that. It had a free breakfast but we were there for 9 days and stopped eating there after day 3 because it was repetitious and my wife struggled with the lack of fruit and fresh food

Very well kept property. Fresh look everywhere, paint, bathroom, shower etc.
The breakfast room was great too, eggs, bacon or sausage. Danish , Bagels, Cereal, Toast just enough of the basics for the morning.

Kamangha-mangha We really enjoyed our stay here. The room and property were very clean. Great view! Walking distance to all of downtown. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and in a prime location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was easy. Their continental breakfast was basic, as expected. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and would return again.

Conveniently located, ample parking, pool. Rooms are spacious and clean but dated. Many rooms face the parking lot or walkways, noise isolation is very poor: you hear your neighbors on all sides and above, you hear other travelers walking by your window, you hear cars etc. Breakfast is edible and I would leave it at that. The whole thing reminded me of a roadside motel - functional but not memorable.

Good location and decent value near downtown Carmel. Room was clean and spacious, however the bed was not particularly comfortable and because there was no cross-ventilation or A/C, leaving windows open made for a noisy environment and limited privacy. Plumbing was also very noisy and toiletries were not high quality.
Breakfast was passable, but the scrambled eggs lacked flavor and the OJ seemed very watered down. Of course, there are plenty of great breakfast options nearby if you're looking elsewhere.
Ultimately, not a bad accommodation choice, but not a great one.
