I have travelled around the world and stayed in many 5 Star hotels but The Palace at Sun City is the best I have stayed by a long shot. The building is out of this world and the Staff will treat you like royalty...You are really in a Palace...Highly recommended!

Hotel was fabulous! Grounds were amazing, outstanding scenery and trails to walk. Pool was lovely and great addition having access to the Valley of the Waves. Breakfast Buffet best I’ve ever seen. All staff were friendly and happy to help and great shuttle service free of charge to other hotels, restaurants ect 10/10

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Honeymoon – Made Exceptional by Sherly Our honeymoon at The Palace of the Lost City was extraordinary, but what truly made it unforgettable was the incredible care and dedication of one staff member: Sherly. From the moment we arrived she went far beyond what we expected. Knowing it was our honeymoon, she had our room beautifully prepared with romantic touches like rose petals and wine which made our stay feel incredibly special. Before travelling, I had mentioned a very personal hope – that I might somehow reconnect with my nanny who cared for me when I lived here as a small child over 30 years ago. It felt like an impossible dream, yet Sherly quietly made it happen. She found her and arranged for us to meet, creating one of the most emotional and meaningful moments of my life. Sherly continued to exceed expectations throughout our stay. When our hot air balloon trip was cancelled due to wind, she personally helped arrange the refund. When we realised we had accidentally booked our airport transfer for the wrong day, she immediately organised a new one and made sure we reached the airport in time. Her warmth, kindness and calm professionalism made us feel completely looked after. The Palace itself is magnificent, but staff like Sherly elevate the experience from wonderful to unforgettable. She is an outstanding ambassador for the hotel and truly deserves recognition. We cannot wait to return!

Wow everything from the hotel, facilities and staff are fabulous- first visited in 1998, will not leave it that long to return next time - 100% recommend this hotel

Staff were amazing across the board, service was excellent as usual. What a beautiful place !!

Excellent service Room was always spotless

Complex was lovely, rooms were slightly smaller than expected for a family room, it was too busy to upgrade, electric didnt work first night and there was a leak in our room, no compensation was provided. The hotel overall is amazing but not the attention to detail and client focus you would expect.

Room and resort was fantastic. Service as the valley of the waves was lacking. We were completely ignored at the Wimpy there. That was a bit of a disappointment as the rest of the visit was excellent.
