While there were no issues with the room, the breakfast buffet offered at the restaurant was less than acceptable. Over 75% of the tables were not cleared in a timely fashion and several items on the buffet tables needed to be replaced or refreshed. The restaurant appeared to have enough staff members on duty; however, I did not see a sense of urgency. Although I've stayed at this property many times over the past few years, I am hopeful that this incident was simply an anomaly.

We didn’t like the fact that we made reservation for a room for 3 adults and the second bed was not prepared for our son. I called the front desk and I was told that the third bed the guest need to set that up. So, i had wait for the room service to bring the bed bedsheet and blanket We spent 3 nights and the second bed was never set up when we return to the room. The other thing was the shower with low water flow rate.
