Tub didn’t had a non slip mat. Towels and wash cloth are old and very thin. If the room can hold 4 people, need to put 4 towels and 4 wash cloths. AC was working poorly, needs a better one. Need more parking spaces. We came back at midnight and there was not a single space for me to park…

The creepiest staff ever. Kept insisting and asking me if I was an organ donor and my health issues. I went to the room and it had so many bugs at the walls. After I killed about 15 little creatures I left the property immediately

TV didn't work, had to have hotel clerk find parking for us, no breakfast, no pool and the ice machine was out

The staff is always welcoming. They give me a parking pass before it is check in time so I can park there and hit Knott's while we wait for check in. They respond quick if I have questions or concerns. I've been staying here for years and am never disappointed.

I love how close you are to the park if you need to take the kids back for a nap which is needed. Bathroom was huge overall we really enjoyed it. Parking is limited so don't leave once you have a spot

The hotel was in one of the most ideal locations. If you want to walk to Knott's Berry Farm or soak City. It is right on a busy road though and there is noise at night so if you're a sensitive sleeper that's something to be aware of. Beds are not the best quality but for the price it's what you would expect. Staff is great, location cannot be beat and the price was excellent. Overall. Would recommend and would stay there again.
