This property is in serious need of renovation.
We had to put one of our towels at the entry door to block the 1.5 inch gap that was letting bugs and light in.
We were on the top floor and you could feel yourself bouncing as you walked across the floor.
Clumps of hair in the bathroom when we got there, plumbing was backwards and shower dripped constantly.
Stay out of room 218.
Good news was it was within walking distance to Knott's Berry Farm.

I was on the second floor and the door did not go all the way down to floor anything could've came into the room and the shower door leaked water on the floor when you took a shower.

The property was dated but its ok for the price. The place was clean, staff was very helpful. We had an issue with our AC upon our check in and they change the room right away. We would most likely stay here again.

Great location! Nice check-in and breakfast areas Ample parking spaces. Great water pressure in bathroom.
The buildings in the back where the suites are really looks not just old but almost ghetto-like; needs cleaning and new paint; musty smell when you first get inside… dusty; stained broken sofa bed; uncomfortable Queen bed.

The room was old and not very clean. We even spotted some dead cockroaches! The love seat looked dirty and worn out. The cleaning staff weren’t very helpful, and they didn’t clean the room even when we asked, and the trash wasn’t picked up. The front desk staff were friendly, though. I’m definitely not planning to stay here again.

Place was pretty bad. Can’t expect much for the price, I would hope at bare minimum a clean room or room service. I would put the room service tag every day and it would either get turned around (to no do not disturb or I would find it on the floor) by someone. Everything but the bathroom was pretty dirty and gross. Dirty towels, seats, and beds. Wouldn’t recommend this to really anyone unless you need a place to sleep on the fly. Rooms were clean property well maintained. Staff were amazing. Def a 10/10 would recommend! Close to Knott’s Walmart and mainly the highway. See ya next time

I was just disappointed that there was no elevator we had too much luggage to have to carry ourselves up the stairs. The rooms were not clean efficiently there was hair in the shower there was blood on the toilet seat so other than the location which was amazing you're surrounded by so many restaurants which are in walking distance but the rooms themselves were not great no phone to call room service some rooms had microwave some didn't the TV wasn't working well none of the lights were working you couldn't put your chargers in the outlet because they would just fall out I would not recommend this place at all sadly

The smoke detector in neighboring needed battery change beep all night morning desk clerk was not friendly
Our check in sat at 3 and check out clerk was exceptional
