Hotel highly recommended. Excellent location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and metro stations. The staff were very attentive and always willing to help. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Although the room was somewhat compact, which seems to be typical of Parisian hotels, the location more than made up for it. The area is surrounded by fantastic restaurants, and the excellent location made it easy to explore the city. However, the bathtub was quite high, making it a bit of a challenge to get in and out, and the shower wall was rather small, resulting in water splashing everywhere. Despite these minor issues, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone without mobility concerns.

The rooms were spotless, and all the facilities were in good working order. The heating system was a bit tricky to figure out, but the beds were super comfy and had plenty of pillows—which were actually quite good. The key card was the only thing that required us to go back to the front desk every time, which was a bit of a hassle, but otherwise, it was a fantastic accommodation.
