Fabulous hotel in a great location . Staff are lovely . Only stayed one night but would definitely return if staying in Palma again .

room 1 is noisy. charging €4 for a bottle of water in the room is a bit much - most better hotels would provide a bottle gratis! the bose speaker was good for music

The outstanding part of staying at the BO Hotel were the staff. They were so inviting on arrival, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good.
