Staff friendly, room view of the lake stunning. Nothing particularly wrong with hotel, just we thought it was a 'wellness' type hotel, spa facilities, serene , calm , he erbal teas, yoga and healthy meals - perfect for couples - the reality is a more family orientated, kids screaming running round pools, canteen style buffet etc

The hotel was well presented, immaculate rooms, fresh and well decorated with great storage and views!! The breakfast was plentiful and had an excellent range. Staff were helpful and happy to arrange requests and extras. They organised and decorated the room on arrival for a birthday. The swimming pool is a fantastic size with an outside area, slide and jacuzzis. The hotel is in a great location and it is walkable to all Lake Bled has to offer. Without doubt, I would stay here again. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

Spacious room with a comfortable bed, but we struggled to turn the heating down at night. Professional and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast with a wide range of options.
