Rooms and bathroom above my expectation in cleaning - bed not to comfy I believe they need to rotate the matters - the sofa need to change the seat cushion too soft. Cat always available to pick us from the room and vise versa . Bugs entered the room and bathroom very annoying.

The view was amazing ! Clean room and so spacious , I booked the ocean view with jacuzzi. The stuffs are super friendly and I enjoy their breakfast a lot and the view at the restaurant . They have free shuttle go Patong beach and back every 2 hours and the stuff give helpful advices for local tours.

Very nice hotel with great views. But being on a hill, its very windy, steep and hard to walk around. Lucky they had the free buggy service. We didnt realise the twin beds in our 4 bedroom villa were on the lower level. Harder for the elderly to walk down the steep stairs. The villa was clean and well kept. Breakfast venue had great views and the food was delicious. The gym was well equipped and the views were also stunning. Highly recommend for big group/family get aways. Free shuttle to Patong was very handy.
