It used to be a well maintained and clean hotel but not anymore, I booked a suite , the rooms weren't clean at all, most of the stuff in the room are broken, like the shower handle,the lamp near my bed that once I turn it on it starts flickering because of a short circuit, which I was scared about since it's connected to the bed, as for room service, the first day they didn't clean my room, after telling the manager they did send to clean the next day, then the day after also no one came and cleaned, which made me also run out of towels and toilet paper even water since I usually come late at night after a long day in Istanbul. I came here to relax not to be worried about having to call everytime the manager to get their job done, And the last thing is knowing that I booked for me and my wife, everything in the room was barely for 1 person,like pillows,water,towels,etc.. I had to call order extra for everything. I was so disappointed with everything here, and if you ever have to book here, never book the suite, it's not worth it for the extra money,

Stayed here while recovering from surgery. They had no shuttle service even though it’s listed on their website which is why I put 4 stars, and no laundry room. Overall the staff were great and accommodating for when my plane landed very early I was able to check in earlier. The suite was clean with a mini kitchen which I enjoyed using, it was a quiet hotel, great for recovery. The complimentary buffet was ok.

I would have rated this hotel higher if cleanliness standards had been better and more consistent. The bed was very clean and so was the shower, however the bin in the bathroom as dirty and lid left off when I picked it up to place on top it was filthy. Kitchen area - the sink had to be cleaned and there was foods remains around cooking area when I wiped a lot of tomato and oil on my cloth and I hadn’t cooked anything. The microwave was horrendous and had not been touched and was full of boiled over food and remains. Very little in terms of utensils. Floors however clean and swept. Reception unhelpful on evening of arrival however the young man on the desk in the morning was more than helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was basic but ok and there was the expected choice. A little more attention to cleanliness would have seen a higher rating and possibly an April re booking.

Overall the hotel is really good. The only thing that is slightly below average is the bed, it wasn't very comfy.

We've stayed in this hotel 3 times. Once you know how to find your way there, it's an enjoyable place to stay. It suits us on price too.

Location is good room is nice and clean… But the suite has Smells bad from cigarettes!!!

Good hotel

I really like the staff very friendly i felt like home but the cleaning wasn't good property old and not renovated for long time and there was lots of humidity i our room but thanks to the the staff they were very helpful thank you again

I didn't regret staying at Molton monapart. Great experience, and will stay there again next time I visit. Recommended for people who are looking for a simple and clean place.
