Great location on a quiet side street right near the busy Soi Binthabaht area, close to the beach and the night market too. Friendly staff. Plain but comfortable rooms. Rooftop pool with views of the area and partial views of the ocean. I was impressed by the range of food options available at the breakfast buffet. Just outside the hotel are several restaurants, a massage shop, laundry shop, and other traveler-related services. The hotel has a lift. There is limited parking for a few cars, so reserve ahead if you need a spot. Regards.

My room was spacious and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and cozy bedding, generous accessories, well-kept bathroom. There was even a mini balcony. The fifth floor pool is small but very clean and ringed with lounging furniture. The staff were a pleasure to interact with, especially the lovely front desk ladies and the cleaning staff. You really can鈥檛 beat the location. The hotel is about 5 - 10 minute鈥檚 walk from the beach and only steps from Soi Bintabaht, one of the main nightlife areas, yet it is still very quiet at night due to intervening buildings. There are loads of dining and shopping options in the area, which is totally safe, relaxed, and walkable. Personally, I always prefer to have a room safe, which was not offered here, and I am not crazy about key locks over electronic ones, but these are minor complaints. Overall I found my stay a very solid value for the cost.
