Park plaza was an excellent hotel and really helpful. Hotels.com however sold me q room with a balcony (first picture on the room reel) but there was no balcony! I paid a lot of money for a room with a balcony so it was disappointing to be dupe by a site i use so often.

Had the most amazing stay here. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to be told we'd been upgraded, courtesy of the hotel, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and we were welcomed with complimentary Prosecco and chocolates, which was a lovely touch. The amenities were great, and everything made for a really enjoyable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend it!

This hotel was perfect in every way. Convenient to Victoria station and walking distance to the palace. It smells refreshing when you return after a long day and the rooms are spacious with everything you need from toiletries to tea or coffee in the morning with a biscuit. The automatic bedside controls were also wonderful.

We were able to stay two nights here before our trip home to the US. The hotel is perfectly located to Victoria Station , restaurants and attractions. The room was really spacious , comfortable and relaxing . We will definitely stay here again on our next trip over .
