La habitación estaba limpia, el personal es muy atento en especial Gonzalo. El desayuno muy completo y hay tiendas muy cerca esta muy centric. Pero nuestro piso estaba en remodelacion habia pintura y la alfombra con residuos olor fuerte a quimicos cemento o residuo de material en la puerta. Puertas cubiertas con papel y el material de trabajo en las escaleras de emergencia.

We stayed here for 1 night, we arrived quite early on Monday morning and they were very accommodating and had a room available for us straight away. I am not saying this would happen all the time, but we were very appreciative. The whole stay was good, the location of this hotel is incredible and the staff are very good. Seriously, we were all really happy with our stay. Thank you!

Great location, centrally located, able to walk to Retiro Park, Royal Palace, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia Museum. Located off Gran Via. Lots of places to eat in the area. Staff were excellent in helping us as first time visitors to Spain with limited Spanish skills. I would recommend breakfast at the hotel; it had a wide variety of choices. The rooms were clean.
